These classroom rules and routines are based on the workplace environment. Classroom Procedures, Routines, and Expectations
1. ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS use COMMON SENSE! 2. Enter the classroom quietly and sit at your assigned table. 3. Place belongings (books, notebooks, purses, etc.) in your assigned place/seat. 4. You can only sharpen your pencil BEFORE class starts. It is not allowed during class. 5. Loud behavior and horseplay will not be tolerated! 6. Food, drink, and GUM are not allowed in the classroom/lab. 7. Personal grooming in the lab is not allowed. 8. You must check your school account every 48 hours for updates, info, etc. 9. External USB drives are allowed in the lab ONLY with teacher’s permission. 10. No markers (washable/permanent) are allowed. These materials will be provided. 11. Students will be courteous and respectful of teacher and other students at all times. Students will respect the workspace of others. 12. Students are required to follow ALL school rules, school district policies, and the STEM classroom and safety rules. Consequences will always follow for non-compliance. 13. Students will remain in their seats until dismissed to computer workstations after the beginning class routine is completed (5 min). Always follow instructions on the board. 14. The teacher will always dismiss students; the BELL is a reminder to the teacher, not the student. ALWAYS push your chair in when leaving your area. 15. Students may adjust their computer chairs twice at the beginning of their computer work but not continually. Some computer chairs do not adjust. Do not spin in the chairs. 16. During class, students are to remain in their assigned work area and on task. 17. If a student misses work, he/she must check with the instructor to make up the work. Make-up will follow RCSD policy. The syllabus will always be online and will be e-mailed to you as updated!Tests are required to be taken on assigned day unless otherwise arranged. 18. The teacher’s desk, office, printers, and storage areas are off limits to students. 19. Students will keep all furnishings neat and clean. Students will alert the teacher if their assigned work area is not in order. You are responsible for your assigned area! 20. Inappropriate use of computer software and hardware is a technology infraction. 21. 10 minutes prior to the end of class, ending class routine will begin. The teacher will indicate to the students to start their ending routine and return to their assigned place at the tables. (Save work, Log Out, Clean Up, File Paperwork, and Prepare to Depart!) 22. Students need to be aware of electric cords and surge protectors. 23. Students need to know the correct procedures for fire, disaster, and severe weather. Life is Not Fair. The system is not fair. School was way better last year, friends.And, it was easier...and I was in better classes. And, Algebra 1 was way easier than Geometry, I have a 72 right now in there.

There are so many things you can put in with alt+_______(number(s)).You cannot put on all of these things on all computers on all websites and appications. They come out differently on different things.
